The entity checker will popup when you try to delete an element from the repository. It shows you to what elements this element is connected and on which diagram it appears. When you check the checkbox Continue delete operation it will delete the record or move it to the wastebin.

There is a specific item for the NS in which based on the status you will get different colors in the grid.
